Most agents put a sign in your yard and lockbox on your door. I try to accompany all visitors even if they have their own agent. I don't want strangers alone in your home any more than you would.

I can recommend home inspectors and appraisers so you'll know what to expect from a buyer's agent and there are no surprises. I can even help finding and scheduling moving services to take the stress off of you!!.
